A showpiece for re-purposing an existing building, this renovation project changed a church into a Teen Center for the Boys and Girls Club. It included two major additions. Most of the interior of the building was demolished down to the shell. A new mezzanine level was constructed along with a two stop elevator. The first floor renovations included two large recreation areas with restrooms and separate study and computer areas, a full size gymnasium, a residential style kitchen, and a staff area with restrooms. The second floor renovations included two music rooms, discovery area, staff offices, a conference room, and speaker/classroom area with staged seating.
