 A fine arts addition of 12,778 sf was added which includes space for worship, concerts, performances, rehearsals, lessons, and fine arts storage. An auxiliary gym with 10,435 sf was added which relieves schedule tension and provides a new utilization opportunity. A link to the auxiliary gym with 2,165 sf includes a new kitchen and dining area called the Commons. The Commons had some scheduling setbacks with donated materials and the windows proved to be a challenge to receive on time. Covid workforce issues with the manufacturer pushed the schedule on the Commons back about 5 months. Otherwise, the other phases of the project were completed on time.
